2. Products and Availability

Our products (lingerie, activewear) are offered subject to limited stock. All orders are confirmed subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, we will inform you within 48 hours and issue a full refund.

3. Pricing

Displayed prices are shown in your local currency, all taxes included where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price applied is the one shown at the time your order is confirmed.

4. Ordering and Payment

You can place an order 24/7. Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are 6 to 10 business days for mainland France and internationally (UK, US, Canada, Australia). Free shipping applies above €49 (or your local equivalent) of purchase. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel ships.

6. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to justify your decision (see our Return Policy for full details, including hygiene-related exclusions for unsealed lingerie items). Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of our error. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.

Conditions: the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with its tags and hygiene protection intact.

7. Statutory Conformity Guarantee

In accordance with Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code, you benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee. In the event of a conformity defect, you may request repair, replacement, or a refund of the product.

8. Personal Data

9. Disputes
