At Desir Intense, we do everything we can to deliver quickly and discreetly.
1. Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. A confirmation email with tracking number is sent as soon as your package ships.
2. Delivery Zones

- Europe (Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany and other European countries)
- International (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and select countries)
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery within 6 to 10 business days after shipping, for all served destinations. These times may vary slightly during peak periods (holidays, sales) or due to carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on destination. Free shipping from €49 of purchase (subject to current offers).
5. Discreet Shipping
All orders are shipped in neutral, discreet packaging, with no indication of contents or sender on the outer packaging.
6. Order Tracking
Tracking number sent by email as soon as your order ships; track in real time on the carrier's website. Support: contact@desirintense.org.
7. Damaged or Lost Package
Damaged package: note your reservations with the carrier, photograph the packaging and contents, then contact us within 48 hours. In case of confirmed loss by the carrier: reshipment or full refund.
8. Delivery Address
You are responsible for the accuracy of the address provided. Additional fees may apply for returns due to an incorrect address.
